Joy, joy, joy! I have completed my first week of Phase 2, one more week to go. I showed a one pound loss, but the printout showed that I had lost 2.2 pounds of fat and increased my muscle mass. One of the benefits of Phase 2 is that I have clearance to increase my exercise, since my calorie load is increasing. For those of you who are just starting out, please be mindful that exercise is not recommended in the early stages of Phase 1, because your body is working to get into fat-burning mode. I listened carefully to the daily videos and to my coach. Ideal Protein really works when you mind the rules! Good luck out there!
