Why can't I get control of my weekends? I did very well during the week, but Saturday I did not get in the exercise that I had planned & Sunday I just flat out ate too much! I was feeling terrible on Sunday afternoon & I ate for comfort. I did it knowing that it was going to be a problem!! I am starting fresh today! This week is our Vacation Bible School week, so I will have a weird schedule and food temptations!

I will exercise at lunch on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. Tuesday I have a lunch meeting so I will try to swim in the evening & Thursday I have to take a Ward to the doctor right at lunch time. I probably want get in any exercise during my lunch that day. I will be getting extra exercise during VBS Wednesday night through Friday night, so hopefully it will even out.

Supper tonight will be chicken breast without the skin(I have a coupon for Popeye's chicken)& squash & zucchini cooked in some spaghetti sauce. My family will eat cajun rice and fries with their chicken.

Tonight I hope to swim and to get some house cleaning done.
