well well well.. went to the gym again, finally, after what must be a week, of depression and sleeping far too much..

it was just an hour but got in a bit of exercise and sweated like a rain forest lol.. stuck to my diet and have even started taking the glucosamine i have been meaning to start for.. a year? lol

now the trick will be to shut my brain off and sleep. if i can.. that is still a problem. but i will get that sorted as well, in the fullness of time xx

hey, least i went to the gym. And this last monday i went back to the woods to walk with a mate again. little victories..

Ah the flat is staying pretty clean and the chores seem to get done regularly now so i guess i am not as depressed as all that.. xx
