still losing weight
still happy
had a few cravings last night but I beat them
still drinking my 16, 8oz Cs of water durring the day.
sleep is awesome while Im on this plan
feeling lighter
easier to walk up and down steps
pants are fitting better
happy girl!
241.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
