Had to work this week durring the times I usually do my Boxing and cardio classes..blah I really miss it- But I went for a LONG walk yesterday, pushed my 2 yongest in the stroller, (50lbs combined weight) for 3 hours, then did some hard core yard work. Have a killer sunburn and got back to the gym today. Felt good!
