So disappointed with the gain. It has been a hard week of not feeling very well with this plan - whole 30 - and now to have a gain is really disheartening. None the less, I'm going to keep pushing on. From what I've read, a gain at this point is not unusual, and most people do lose overall. I just really want the spacey, hollow weak feeling to go away.
