well, I was doing great yesterday. worked out. only ate veggies and chicken and about a gallon on water aaaaaand then... 9pm hit at work and I was craving a snack and the only thing I could find buried deep in my locker was honey wheat pretzel twists so I ended up eating my weight in those. but on the bright side.. it's a new day with a new opportunity to make better choices for myself. note to self:pack broccoli and boiled eggs for late night snack. have a good day everyone! 👍😊
