My cholesterol is high and my Dr. Says I need to lose weight. I need to get down to below 136. I’m starting today. I figure it may take 6 months. Let’s do this!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
