well today is one of those special days. I last weighted in with my personal trainer on January 5. since my last weigh in I have consistentlt tracked my food to watch my macros. I also tried to exercise everyday. I didn't quite meet that goal but I have definitely trained more than I had any time recently. My monthly average for macros were: F=48, P=125, C=113. My weight is the lowest it's been in a long time, but I'm hoping for body fat loss without lean muscle loss so we will find out after 4pm!
132.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 February 2015:
1421 kcal Fat: 44.15g | Prot: 107.97g | Carb: 145.56g.   Breakfast: Blueberries, Fresh Express Baby Spinach, Fresh & Easy Liquid Egg Whites, Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), Super Pharm Whey Better Whey Isolate. Lunch: Daphne's Greek Cafe Original Hummus and Pita, Daphne's Greek Cafe Classic Greek Salad with Grilled Chicken (No Dressing). Dinner: Great Value Green Olives with Pimento, Ragu Homemade Style Pizza Sauce, Sargento Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, Sara Lee Deluxe Bagels - Plain. Snacks/Other: So Delicious Coconut Milk Creamer - French Vanilla, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). more...
