I'm on week 3 of Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30. It is hardcore, but I've been able to keep it up 5-6 a week because it is so short. I'm very happy to be at 116 lbs coming out of the long weekend! I did well limiting my alcohol intake despite going to the Indy 500 and having two dinner parties.
