Pesei hoje... 1,400kg a menos na consciência... se não tivesse enfiado o pé na jaca no fim de semana (comi 2,5 cachorros-quentes e 1 porção de filé com fritas) teria sido bem mais... mas paciência, né... devagar e sempre... foco e fé... bjos... :)
