No ups or downs. It seems the cheating each day shows its teeth. I do feel a bit fitter because of the workouts, but not lighter doe. Aw and it's that week before the "feminine times", when I would eat as two elephants combined. So no surprise and no worries :P

Right before and during those days of the month sometimes we lack magnesium and that's why we get cravings. You could buy a magnesium supplement and see if that helps you.

You're welcome :-) Chocolate has magnesium in it so that's why many women crave it then. I notice that in that time of the month I just want to munch on something so I just drink a magnesium supplement, mine like orange juice. After that I feel calm, no more cravings. Maybe it really works, maybe it's just in my mind or it's just that I drank something sweet but it helps.
