Not happy that weight hasn't decreased. Increased instead. So it's definitely my food intake. I think I need to go back on replacement meal shakes. That route seems to always work the best for me. Meal replacement shakes are so expensive though. :(
132.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
