Concerned that I have slowed down and then stalled. I am still trying to adjust my intake correctly. Upping the exercise a bit more should help as well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 27 May 2011:
1128 kcal Fat: 70.22g | Prot: 98.94g | Carb: 24.11g.   Breakfast: broccoli, spinach, egg, mushroom, spinach feta sausage. Lunch: Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), broccoli, lettuce, mushroom, spinach, best foods mayo. Snacks/Other: celery, peanut butter adams. more...

Bidah all I had to do was look at two days of your food diary and I think I can help, your not eatting enough. I know...right? but no its true, not enought protein should be 20-30% not enough fat should be 65-75% and if you look at your calories well for a guy your min should be 2000 not 1400 or lower. your starving your self and losing critical muscle. You know your heart is a muscle and it is very difficult to function once you start losing mucsle. I know it goes against everything also how long have you been doing atkins? what is your water intake? should be your weight diveded by 2 in ounces.

I have told many others the same thing, but that does not mean that I cannot make the same mistakes. That is me adjusting my intake and running low on choices/food at the same time. My fat intake is too low I can see. Thanks for the input. -Mark
