As the holiday weekend approaches I'm really trying to mentally prepare, to enjoy myself in a healthy way.
I'm planning some workouts and a run, and I'm also going to make sure I keep track of my calories.
Tonight I'm going out to a birthday dinner for a friend and I am allowing myself two drinks, as long as i make good food choices and watch portion control.
