The weekend could have been a lot worse than it was. We now have a houseguest for a few days, as one of our best friends is embarking on a divorce & asked to borrow our spare bedroom until he can get all his ducks in order.

We had a planned meal out on Friday evening after a long bike ride in the AM, and we had a stress-meal at a favourite fast-food joint on Saturday due to the...well...stress. Tonight we will have a wonderful chicken caesar salad and be back on track. Will be needing to make the menu for the next two weeks. Our houseguest generally eats South Beach style, so our Atkins menu isn't too far off for him.
