My weigh in will be on Friday's therefore the early post. My job is doing a biggest loser challenge for the second time. I won the first time and would love to win the second time. I lost 2.5 lbs this week so I am happy I have 11 more weeks for my job challenge to win and plan to get at least 20lbs drop aiming for 30lbs in the 3 months for this challenge.
I worked out 30 minutes on M,W & F on my lunch break with a class that is being offered for alachua county employees. I also ran the track for an hour on T-Th of this week.
