Bummed about my new scale. Weighed on it last night it said 160, this morning 161. But, I brang back out my other scale and it said 157. So uhhh now what. Kind of a depressing moment in time. Think I'll go eat now. lol

Oh heck no! No bingin for me, i just hadn't ate anything for the day yet. I hate just wondering if I actualy weigh 161 instead of what my old scale says, thats a whole 5 lbs more.... thats just an ewy thought. At least its early enough in the game to change it right? I mean I've still lost the same amount of weight, its the numbers were higher than what I thought. lol. For my own insanity I'll keep with the old and just check if they both register when i lose a pound. =-) Then go from there......

Scales are calibrated differently, so you may get different readings on each one. Pick one scale that you will use for your weight loss. Being a couple of pounds higher on one scale is no biggie, because you still have lost the same amount of weight. Just stick to one scale and you will be fine. You are doing great.

I am borrowing a scale from a friend so I can weigh in the morning and it was higher than the one at the gym but I figure I have lost the same amount of weight and in a couple of weeks my chart will start to even back out.
