I'm going to visit some family this weekend but they love eating cake and everything I shouldn't eat when I'm there. This week is going so well and I don't want to mess everything up on the weekend, but I don't want to be rude by not eating with them (that is, if I can resist the temptation). Can anyone give me some advice as to how I should approach this?
