Hey All.
Thanks to those of you who offered me some support and advice. I love you all too bits. I am very nervous about this. I reject the ability to have a school photo taken for the yearbook. And now I am worried when I look back I won't remember. But I just want to feel good in my own skin. I mean I feel like rubbish. I am so grateful for all of these people in my life helping me.

Hi there, saw your previous post and thought I’d check you out. I was opposite in high school, teased for being skinny. I’ll be honest, you have to be like 1.2m or less for 36kgs to be even be remotely acceptable but don’t listen to people. At your age walking/jogging would make a massive difference. Don’t starve yourself but cut out sugar and bread for 2 weeks and see what happens.

I am a father of 2 girls, 21 and 16. I promise you, it will get better. Just keep your head up, take care of your self. And lift weights ;)
