staying the same weight, watching what I eat and exercising a few times a week. Working so hard during the day, I barely have time to eat anything, so I'm confused as to why I maintain the same weight. I miss when I was in my 20's and could eat anything I wanted and never gain a lb. I'll keep at it, if anyone has suggestions, feel free to reply, my diet is out for all to see.
