Yesterday went pretty well. I stayed in my 20 net carb range. I was looking for something more to eat after dinner so I allowed myself an Atkins treat. Not suitable for Induction, but suitable to keep me from going off the ranch! I wrote out my plan and stuck to it yesterday. I had to make a few changes along the way. Today I logged my plan into the diet calendar so that I could see if my plan was in ranges. Looks to be okay.
I had my walk. I will be working this afternoon. Food is all planned. It should be a successful day. I'm feeling nice and healthy.

I get after dinner munchies that seem to go away with pickles or green olives. I do the same thing when I'm craving something offlimits. I'm not sure why it works but it does. :)
