I was so mad on the treadmill yesterday when Angel set it at 9.0. I started screaming, but she wouldn't stop it for 40 seconds, and then she did it again. I told Ericka where my insurance card was, and to call Pat if I fell off. It didn't end there, either. We had to do lunges with weights, bicep curls, xverteds, and then Angel wanted me to literally hang by my arms on the hack squats box and lift my legs, which I could do... but when I saw her take the bench away, and I realized I was going to be hanging there for a while, I started screaming again until she put the bench underneath me.

And how has your week been? LOL

Pat's legs have gone down somewhat, but I asked her not to go to work this morning. She has had to double up on the water pills, and no salt allowed. I don't think I'm much help, though. I baked a batch of corn bread yesterday to go with my pot roast, which definitely has a bit of salt in it, so she ate a tiny bit of those. I also bought some fresh fruit after studio last night so she could have some.

This brings up my eating. I think my eating could be better, but I don't think it's that awful. This morning Angel texted, asking how we felt (because secretly she wants to hear that we're sore from yesterday), and what did I have for breakfast today? <--- She NEVER really asks what I eat. That's weird.

One thing about Angel, she won't tell you that you can't have what you want to eat. She'll always say, GO AHEAD. But she'll tell you to watch your portions. So if you want ice cream, go ahead... but have maybe half a cup. If you want to go to a party, go, and EAT. BUT when you get a plate, get the little cake plate, and that's where you can put your regular food on, and no fair stacking up your food high.

I have nothing to hide, except for the three corn bread muffins I ate right before going to the studio yesterday. And the day before that, I went to McDonalds and had myself some mcflurry with m&ms. LOL Snack size? Shoot. If I'm going to be bad, I'm going to be good at being bad LOL Angel don't need to know nothin. Nothin. LOL
