I have a question for everyone: Have you ever taken a look at your Calories (kcal, or whatever you want to call them) versus your points?

I generally average 1100-1300, but for a 5'5" woman needing to maintain my current weight with my current activity I need 1900 calories (this doesn't even taken into account if I wanted to get to my goal weight. Then it would be 1700 calories). I got this information from googling calories needed. Looked it up with the Mayo Clinic, a local medical university, etc.

So, my question is this: Am I eatting too few calories and my body is in starvation mode and this is why I can't lose any weight? Thoughts?

Are you including flex points and activity points in that as well. You may need to eat more if you do alot of physical acitivity. Do you eat your flex points or any activity points. Have you tried the "wendy plan". It's WW but varies the points daily using flex points. Many people have had success doing this. You can google "WW and the wendy plan" and something should pop up. You could also try it on your own. Experiment with your flex points and see what happens. You could add a couple of points each day or have a couple of high point days and see what happens. But don't weigh yourself after the high point days because you will see a temporary gain, lol. If you aren't eating enough for your metabolism it is possible you can slow down your metabolism. Play with your points and see if you can jump start your loss.

Suzi161, No, I've not heard of the Wendy Plan, but I do keep track of my activity points (I don't eat them) and my flex points. I've noticed that I actually lose weight when I overeat (use flex points), which leads me to believe I am starving myself.
