So I let myself eat freely during football season and the holidays...time to get back on the wagon. Not sure my scales are right. put new batteries in and still got major differences between the two. so I'm going with the 161.6. I thought for sure I'd have gained more than that but I'm good with that number to start. seems to be my set point where my body tries to stay. Anyway, will try to be consistent but that surely hasn't been my strength!
161.6 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
