Just starting again after several months of stress... somehow I managed to loose 5 lbs over Christmas. Go figure.
I really want to join the gym again but am afraid that my sciatic will hurt more.
Trying to cut down to 1 caffeinated drink a day and drink more water (yuck). Also eat more veggies. why does everything good for you taste like cardboard.
274.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
