Two major celebrations and a vacation weekend--I find it hard to stick to my diet during times like these. The whole summer will be full of them, however...so I need to stay on track, regardless. ESPECIALLY with the Finace's family coming into town...Even a few days "off" seems to do damage.

Workouts have been going well, though!
