So I was just wondering, which is the best time to weigh yourself if in the morning or before bed. Can someone PLEASE give me the answer? I ‘m starting to get very frustrated.

Indy, for me it's first thing in the morning after a stop at the potty but before my workout/shower. I only weigh-in once/day and normally only twice during the week...otherwise I'd go crazy! :-) I post my weigh-in on FS on Sunday mornings. Different strokes, though. Maybe take some time to try it different ways and see what works best for You! Good luck!

Hi Indy: When you weigh in at night, the result is generally a few pounds more than if you were to weigh in the morning. It doesn't matter when you do it, it is just best to keep it consistent, with the same clothes, robe or lack of each time you weigh in. I chose to weigh in just before my shower, with just my undies on. That way it is probably the lowest. And I wanna be LOW!!!
