okay i keep looking at the scale and trying to hold back from jumping on it. but guess curiosity killed the cat so i had a good good day and want to check if what i saw a couple of days ago is the same thing im going to see after a long day at work so here i go so disappointed it only marked 138. thats only one pound since monday :-( well thats my fault i havent been doing any excercise. my plan was to go out for a walk everyday after work but its been raining every freaking day. i guess thats what i have to take 1 pound (crying) (disappointed) (sad). but have to stay strong and not give in to temptation.
well to next time....

hey i know how you feel it's almost like why when you work SSOOOOOOO hard there is nothing to show!!! BUT two things: 1. muscle weighs more than fat so think of it as you added muscle tone lol so u LOST more than one pound of fat... 2. at least you saw the one lbs that shows ur on the right track!!! Keep up the good work
