Feeling a lot better today. Have been 99% strict with the eating over the past 2 days. I say 99% because I got the munchies in the afternoon both days & reached for the celery + nut butter (almond the first day, peanut the second). At least it was nut butter and not a chocolate bar, which was my big concern.
Next big hurdle? Brunch out with the friends on Friday. Hoping I can keep it to an omelet and see if I can get the restaurant to hold the toast, the spuds, and the fruit (sigh). Moar Bacon!!!
Woke up feeling less fuzzy headed & bodysore. Thinking ketosis is starting to kick in again. Here's hoping (crosses fingers)
