I haven't weighed in for a couple of weeks now .. nor have I been tracking my food or exercise. I took a little break from tracking, and from the scale. I feel really good about maintaining my weight over the last couple of weeks! It's not a loss .. BUT, it does show me that I am learning how to make wiser choices with my food and portions a part from weighing and tracking everything. That said .. I am back to tracking everything as of yesterday. As happy as I am, and as THANKFUL as I am, that I've maintained over the last couple of weeks .. I'm READY to get back on track and start shedding more of these unwanted pounds! :D I hope ya'll had a VERY Merry, VERY Blessed Christmas!
