I have a really hectic day on Mondays. I run out the door at a frantic pace and grab something off the counter to eat. this morning it was a cutie. I had a banana and an oatmeal cream pie at work and then I went to the grocery and came home. I was then too tired to function because everything I do is a struggle because I use a wheelchair and all my kids are grown and work so they can't help me. I had some chocolate covered strawberries and a yogurt and a can of the beans and Frank's for lunch. this whole day has been crap. I have ordered containers to do meal prep in the lunchable style for breakfast and lunch so I'm not just grabbing the first thing at hand. later today we r going to a concert as well so I'll be eating out so the calories are definitely way over... I guess tomorrow is another day.

I'm so sorry that you don't have any help, I think that when your containers come in and you prep your meals and snacks that would help you out a whole lot, be encouraged you are not alone.
