I'm just getting over the flu. On January 4 I return to work as Pastor of a wonderful group of people. in October I had a heart attack followed by surgery... open heart surgery. the Elders, deacons and other leadership have done a great job of caring for the flock including each other. I'm a blessed man.
162.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
