Sunny day today and about 12'C. No weigh in today. I will wait until tomorrow. Also plan on doing a longer fast from 8pm tonight until 8pm tomorrow (24 hours). I usually do a 16-20 hour intermittent fast each day which starts after dinner between 6-8pm until lunch the next day between 1-3pm. Had a very good day with my eating. My knees were sore from the run and long bike yesterday so I took it easy and only biked about 30" at a very moderate pace. Overall a pretty good day and staying away from binging on sweets. Sticks to a few square of 70%+ cacao dark chocolate. I prefer the white and milk chocolate and to eat the entire large back, so eating dark chocolate and only a few bars is a new experience for me, and I am learning to enjoy and appreciate it. It is starting to satisfy my very sweet tooth and it is also healthy in moderation. Overall, a good day.
