20.4% fat and 39.3% muscle weighed before dinner. Ate a huge meal for breakfast and dinner yesterday and a huge breakfast today. But the muscle went up a few percent and the fat went down so the weight gain is also part of that.
189.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
