So I made it through the weekend doing a pretty good job...I give myself a grade of B+. There is room for improvement, as I went kind of nuts on Sunday, but all in all it was much better than previous weekends and I'm hoping to see a decent loss at my weigh in this week!

I am glad that you improved over you're last couple of weekends. I had a good weigh-in today. I find that I don't have too much of a weekend problem...is there a particular time or place that causes you to go "kind of nuts"??

Way to control yourself!! For the most part actually shows a lot of control, rather than going crazy for three days!! Good job!
