I haven't started my 'diet' per say. I started eating healthier since Jan in hopes of obtaining good habits. However, I have trouble with portion control.
It is really hard to eat small meals in my opinion. My boyfriend has started a high protein low fat diet for the last week, and he eats every 3 hours. I look at his motivation as support, and I try to eat every 3 hours with him, but I still feel very hungry afterwards.
We have been trying to eat things that make you feel full for longer periods of time, but I can still feel my stomach making noises.
It has been tough. I am doing research on healthier foods. I want to eventually wean off unhealthy carbs, and stick to veggies and fruit. I am trying.
I don't have a weigh machine at home. I pay attention to how my body feels, and I go from there. Exercise has been tricky, I work 9-9 and I mostly get weekends off. I am trying to set a schedule where I won't feel too tired by the end of the day.
Arg! Its tough!!!
