Internet stopped working yesterday afternoon and repairs were made around noon today. Rather than try to track yesterday's food, I'll just start where the Internet returned.
It has been a pretty good day. Still faithfully following the allowed foods. Still don't have the right combinations yet. When I get the 12 - 15 grams of foundation vegetables, my carb count is too high. Oh well, I'll just keep plugging away. I find that I eat more in the evenings than I really need. And tonight my calorie count was low, so I added a snack. That made me feel too full.
I have confidence that I will get this right! AND being sugar free is making my energy levels constant. No more roller coaster ride. That's a real gift.
