Time for something new. WW helped me lose over 50 lbs. in 10 months, but I haven't lost a thing since the first of the year. I'm going to switch to counting calories. Hopefully the change will get my weight loss back on track. My short(ish) term goal is to lose 30 lbs. by the end of September. That's 6 lbs. per month for the next 5 months, which breaks down to 1.25 lbs./week. Totally achievable.
