This is the second day I have started my eating diary and thus far I am well below my daily calorie daily limit. Today I am going to go for an easy run for the first time in a long time and afterwards will do yoga/meditation. I am very interested to see what my weight will be after the run. It is great to journal my eating habits as it give me a good idea of how many calories I am taking in and how many I am burning with exercise. It will also give a better idea of how much weight I should be losing. My daily intake should be around 2500 calories and today I am about 800 calories under not including my exercise.
