Having some health challenges this week and have been in a lot of pain since Thursday. now on some pain meds and antibitoics. Hoping that will help quickly. On a positive note, am definitely in ketosis - dr kept telling me I was very dehydrated and I kept telling him no I wasn't. Took me a few minutes to twig that the high ketone reading on the diastix was what he was referring to lol. Am sticking to my plan 100%. So far all good. Check up with the Dr Thursday. Will see where we go from there
