I was curious, so I set out to find the ratio of Protein/carbohydrate and fat. Wanted to see what my "pie chart" should look like.
60% fat /35% protein / 5% carbohydrate. I guess I'll look back over the last 3 weeks and check to see my percentages. Time to make the proper adjustments, here at the start of my journey. Better to make adustments now than wake up months down the road and have to retrain. I'll get it right at some point. SOON, I hope.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 April 2011:
1710 kcal Fat: 108.61g | Prot: 149.44g | Carb: 39.88g.   Breakfast: coffee, corned beef, cauliflower, egg, butter. Lunch: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), cos or romaine, lime juice, onion, cilantro, avocado, Turkey Breast Meat and Skin (Cooked, Roasted). Dinner: cos or romaine, radish, olives, corned beef, roast beef. Snacks/Other: Chicharrones (Fried Pork Rinds), Atkins Advantage Caramel Chocolate Peanut Nougat Bar, cauliflower. more...
