retaining a lot of fluid today so not going to freak about the scales bouncing back up. Sticking to the plan. not sure if the fluid retention is simply because I haven't slept enough the last few nights or is a result of drinking soda water yesterday. Always retain fluid after a few sleepless nights. Haven't had soda water for a couple of weeks, wondering if the sodium level has anything to do with it. I drank a litre of soda water instead of plain water yesterday. Trying to drink 3-4 litres of water per day. Will go back to water for a week and see what happens and try again. At the moment I'm sticking to a pretty basic diet and will introduce things here and there to see how my body reacts.Happy with my progress.Hoping by the time I see the Dr next Thursday my BSL will have dropped a lot.
