I've been going well over my 1700-calorie limit each day but still feel like I'm losing weight. I noticed it in my face today.
I've eaten a few things I've regretted that weren't worth the calories but I've also said no when offered fast food and candy by coworkers. It's a lot of trial and error.
Today was stressful at work and I shouldn't have had the Panera bagel. I'll do better tomorrow.
