Ahhh MY weight has been stuck kinda! Well, that's not entirely true. It just sucks that I gained that weight from drinking so much beer camping. That is my worst vice! I am going to try very hard not to drink until July 10th, that's my Best friend's Brithday. But it's going to be tough. But even just drinking wine both days this weekend, I feel fatter!

Note to self: Drinking makes you drowsy. It makes you eat more. It makes your water weight go up huge. Then you wake up feeling like a bloated peice of crap. You always pass out too soon. Drinking is keeping you inside your fat skin!

Remember how productive you were on Saturday??? And then sunday what did you do? Day drunk! And then you were worthless the rest of the day... BAd bad bad!

ALCOHOL IS THE ONLY THING STANDING IN YOUR WAY! DON'T LET THAT CRAP KEEP YOU FROM YOUR SKINNY DREAM!!!

And look at how much you ATE on Sunday!!!!! Even though that was your cheat day, NOT GOOD!!!!!!!!! I'm thinking maybe I should ixnay the cheat day...

Perhaps asking yourself the question ... "why do I drink?" ... might be a good place to start rather than telling yourself you are "bad bad bad." Just a suggestion!! Take care and be kind to yourself ... one of my mantra's is "you cannot change what you do not own" ... "own" yourself!!!

If you're trying to lose weight then you shouldn't drink at all. It's not that it's completely impossible to lose weight while drinking, but it's going to be an uphill battle. Your body can't metabolize fat when it's busy metabolizing alcohol. If you're trying to lose you might as well volunteer for permanent designated driver duty.

I love your idea of commenting to yourself on your journal. I might try that too. There's someone that vlogs on youtube (Sushicatny) that sends themselves greeting cards every week for their weekly weigh-in & to keep themselves encouraged & motivated.
