Started recording my food for the day. When I finished lunch I wasnt quite satisfied so I grabbed a pack of cream cheese chive crackers and another bottle of water good right?? WRONG!! Those things have 10 grams of FAT!!! UUGGHH!!! That wont happen again. I could had a nice veggie sandwich.

Next time you're hungry, eat raw almonds, small carrots, celery & small cherry tomatoes instead of cream cheese chive crackers. Water is good though. YOU CAN DO IT!!! :D
