Coming back after a 3 months hiatus in which many things happened and I just didn't have the energy to diet and exercise. Thanks God I didn't gain too much (about 2-3 lbs), considering how slow my metabolism is.
My main challenge this time is fighting my negative thoughts because I feel like I wont be able to lose weight, but I'm willing to fight myself and discover how I'll look by the end of December.
