I'm grateful for the MIM recipe shared. It is a nice natural way to keep the system working! Still learning how to navigate the site and looking to find some "buddies" to share similar experiences on Atkins with.
I am very pleased with the fatsecret app for the iPhone. Really easy to use and love that fatsecret calculates net carbs as well.
I have made my plans for a "safe" and happy Easter celebration tomorrow and I am looking forward to my 2 week weigh-in on Tuesday. I hope to be rid of at least a few more pounds.
In my 2 weeks, I have decided that I can make Atkins my lifestyle. My cravings have disappeared. I have good energy. I am so grateful that I am only experiencing real hunger. I used to eat and eat and eat, even when I wasn't hungry. Glad to be detoxing from my sugar and yeast issues. It's a great feeling.
Color me: full of hope for a better future.
