Started Atkins Nutritional Approach on Monday April 11. Stage one -Induction. I have lost 8 pounds and feel good. I think that I finally have made the commitment to give up the "white stuff" for good. Flirting with Diabetes and time to get this weight off and get a lifestyle that will last.
