Weight isn't doing much, but the body feels better. Today is my resistance weight training day. I plan on walking 5 miles also. I surprised myself yesterday when I walked 5 miles, with the dogs, in the cart. Austalian Terriers - the older one named TaraMiSu is 12 yrs and the younger one name Daisy Doodle is 1 yr. Daisy is delightful, but a hand full.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
